Here's one of the 20ish paintings I'm working on at the moment
This is just about 1/8 of the painting. Yes I've done a blue tiger before but this one will be albino and will be more than just the eyes.
Sorry for the short post this time but I really want to get back to this painting ;-)

Spring, festivals and art

Spring is just around the corner!

I hope you're just as excited as I am for the outdoor events where many artists meet to share their work with the world.

Internet is a great tool to keep in touch and make new contacts, but there's nothing like chatting with real people and making real human connections.

I will do my best to let everybody know where and where I'll be this summer, I'm thinking this time I'll be painting on site for a change which will be a challenge for me since I usually need to be in my bubble with nobody around to do my best work. So we'll see how it goes.

I will be bringing prints, framed and unframed and only a few originals. Since last year some got damaged in transportation and while on display with the unexpected bursts of wind. By bringing less, I will be able to insure their safety.

I'm hoping to introduce a new form of art that I've been working on lately, but that depend on if I manage to complete enough to display for this summer outdoor exhibit since I have so many projects on the go. I can't seem to focus on finishing one. I want to work on everything at the same time so it takes a long time to finish something. Yes, I'm spreading myself thin. I don't have ADD, but for art projects, I definitely do.

Why do this?
I chose to do this because I have trouble putting a price on my art and to let it go not knowing if it will truly be cared for.  
I’m very attached to every single one of my paintings, when I paint, I put a piece of my soul in each one of my creations, and it is very hard to let it go.
To know how much you want it and why, for me is finding a home where I know it will be appreciated and cared for.

Once in a pond’s life Original 16x12in oil on canvas In this painting, I imagine a creature that lives at the bottom of the pond looking up at the light above wondering about the world out there, just like we wonder about life out in space. This particular painting took me around 30 hours to create, I can only give an average on the time I spend making a painting since time become fluid when I paint. I can’t usually remember exactly how long I was painting for.

not necessarily the first one or best offers,
but the best person.
You might get it because what you said touched me, or nobody said anything that really touched me but you are offering a price that tells me you really want it.
